The Tuition


 Tuition Fees


Registration Fees:

Applicants for admission to the college are required to pay the registration fee to complete the admission process. This fee is paid once and is non-refundable, as follows:

  • Diploma Program: 1000 SAR
  • Bachelor’s Program: 2000 SAR
  • Master’s Program: 3000 SAR

Tuition Fees:

Students are required to pay the tuition fees for their Bachelor’s program according to the following table:

Students are required to pay the tuition fees for their Master’s program according to the following table:

These fees must be paid before the beginning of the semester in order for students to register for courses according to their study plan. A class section will not be opened unless the number of students is at least (10). Value-added tax (VAT) is applied to non-Saudi students in all college programs, and to all students in postgraduate programs. The Board of Directors of the college’s owning company may, through the "Student Support Fund," offer financial discounts to students studying at their own expense.

 Financial Rules


Financial rules in case of withdrawal or deferment:

  • In case the student has paid the full tuition fees for the semester:
Period Condition
Before the start of classes 100% refund
During the first week 50% refund of the full semester fee
During the second week 25% refund of the full semester fee
From the third week until the end of the semester No refund of the semester fee

  • In case the student has paid part of the tuition fees:
Period Condition
Before the start of classes 100% refund
During the first week The student bears 50% of the total tuition fees
During the second week The student bears 75% of the total tuition fees
From the third week until the end of the semester No refund; the student bears the full tuition fees

  • All periods mentioned above are determined based on the academic calendar issued by the college.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy:

If a student’s account has an excess balance above the payable tuition fees, the remaining amount will be carried forward to the next semester (except for the final level).


General Provisions for Tuition Fees and Scholarships:

  • In the case of two or more siblings being admitted to the college, a 5% tuition discount will be granted to each, totaling 10% borne by the college.
  • Students are not allowed to combine two discounts, nor to be simultaneously enrolled in a financial offer or installment plan.
  • The sponsoring entity covering a student’s tuition fees may cancel the scholarship based on the college’s recommendation through the Tuition and Scholarship Committee in the following cases:
    • Academic underperformance.
    • Negative change in student’s conduct or behavior.
    • Withdrawal from the college.
  • The college reserves the right to take necessary actions to ensure payment of tuition fees, including withholding registration for the next level and not issuing the graduation certificate until full financial obligations are settled.
  • All discounts mentioned above are subject to general terms and conditions according to the college’s rules and regulations.

  • The announced dates in the academic calendar, or any official updates issued by the Admission and Registration Department, are used to calculate the applicable tuition fees.
