The Scholarships
Ministry of Education Scholarships
Applications for the Ministry of Education scholarship are submitted according to the Ministry’s requirements for high school graduates. These requirements can be found through the Ministry’s website. The follow-up of the application is the responsibility of the student.
Scholarships from Other Donors
Donor organizations may offer scholarships to students at the college according to their requirements. These requirements can be found on the donor’s website. Obtaining the scholarship is the responsibility of the student, provided it complies with the college’s general requirements. Tuition fees for each semester must be paid before its start so the student can register their courses according to their academic schedule.
Scholarships for New Students Offered by the College

General conditions for applying to the college’s admission scholarships are as follows:
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Must have good conduct and behavior.
- Must have a high school GPA of no less than 95%, and not less than 90% in both the Aptitude Test and Achievement Test, as set by the National Center for Assessment.
- Selection among applicants will be competitive and automated according to the weighted average, calculated as follows: 30% of the high school GPA, 35% of the Achievement Test score, and 35% of the Aptitude Test score.
- No more than five years should have passed since obtaining the high school certificate.
- Must pass the personal interview for the chosen academic track.
- Other conditions may apply as set by the Admissions and Registration Department, the Tuition and Scholarships Committee, and approved by the College Council. The number of awarded students must not exceed 1% of the total number of students in the college.
- The college offers this scholarship only for the first academic year (first and second semesters). Tuition fees will apply in subsequent years like other students.
Admission Scholarships

The college grants scholarships to top high school graduates in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate for the first and second semesters only, after the approval of the Tuition and Scholarships Committee and the College Council, as follows:
- First place: 50% discount on tuition fees for the first and second semesters.
- Second place: 40% discount on tuition fees for the first and second semesters.
- Third place: 30% discount on tuition fees for the first and second semesters.
Academic Excellence Scholarships for Current Students

The college offers internal scholarships to its students during their studies to foster competition and encourage academic excellence, for students who have completed at least three semesters, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Must have good conduct and behavior in the college.
- Must actively participate in college activities.
- Must rank among the top three students in the college as follows:
- First place: 50% exemption from tuition fees for the next semester (not exceeding total plan hours), GPA must not be less than 4.95/5.
- Second place: 40% exemption from tuition fees for the next semester (not exceeding total plan hours), GPA must not be less than 4.95/5.
- Third place: 30% exemption from tuition fees for the next semester (not exceeding total plan hours), GPA must not be less than 4.95/5.
- A maximum of three students may be awarded this scholarship after approval of results by the College Council.
- The student submits the request, which is then reviewed by the Tuition and Scholarships Committee, with the final decision taken by the College Council.
Scholarships for Children of Martyrs

This scholarship is dedicated to students who are children of martyrs. Full tuition coverage is granted provided the following conditions are met:
- Provide an official certificate from the Saudi Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior, or other relevant authorities confirming the martyrdom status.
- Provide a certificate proving eligibility for Social Security benefits from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.50/5 throughout the study period.
- Be a regular student and actively participate in activities.
- No disciplinary actions or behavioral issues.
Scholarships for College Employees

This scholarship is dedicated to college employees with a 50% discount on total tuition fees, under the following conditions:
- Obtain written approval from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees before starting studies.
- Performance evaluation must be “Excellent” for the last two years, with no disciplinary records.
- The discount is terminated if the employee’s contract with the college ends.
Scholarships by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees may grant special scholarships ranging from 10% to 100% of the total tuition fees, under the following conditions:
- Written approval must be obtained from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees before starting studies.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.50/5 throughout the study period.
- Be a regular student and actively participate in activities.
- No disciplinary actions or behavioral issues.
Community Responsibility Scholarships

Scholarships granted to employees of government, private, and non-profit sector organizations, aimed at developing human capabilities, under the following conditions:
- Written approval from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees before starting studies.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.50/5 throughout the study period.
- Be a regular student and actively participate in activities.
- No disciplinary actions or behavioral issues.
Athlete Scholarships

Scholarships granted to students with exceptional athletic talent and achievements, to support their efforts and academic journey.
- Categories of Athlete Scholarships:
- Olympic medal: Full scholarship.
- Regional medal: 50% discount on tuition fees.
- National medal: 50% discount on tuition fees.
- Conditions:
- Written approval from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees before starting studies.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.50/5 throughout the study period.
- Be a regular student and actively participate in activities.
- No disciplinary actions or behavioral issues.
International Student Scholarships

Scholarships offered to international students (from outside the Kingdom). Applications are submitted electronically through the "Study in Saudi Arabia" unified portal during the designated application period. Admission is completed by the college under the following conditions:
- Applicants must meet the same admission requirements applied to Saudi students.
- Must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
- Must not already hold another scholarship from any Saudi educational institution.
- Certificates and official documents must be attested by the Saudi Embassy or Cultural Mission in the student’s country.
- Must not have been expelled from any Saudi educational institution.
- The student’s government must approve their study in Saudi Arabia (if applicable for Saudi students).
- Must provide a security clearance certificate from their home country.
- The college may require a recommendation from a recognized institution or authority.
