Gulf Colleges signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Specialized Higher Institute for Training, aimed at enhancing joint cooperation in training and professional development. The agreement was signed by Dr. Sultan Saad Al-Harbi, Vice President of the Board of Trustees at Gulf Colleges, and Mr. Khalid Mohsen Bin Ati Al-Harbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Institute.
