About the Conference:

In line with our deep belief in the role of law in achieving justice and promoting sustainable development, and in keeping up with global legal transformations and rapidly evolving legislative developments, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the Third International Scientific Conference of Gulf Colleges titled: "Legal Challenges in Light of Recent Developments". The opportunity for participation is open to researchers and academics from various universities and legal institutions inside and outside Saudi Arabia. Submitted research papers will be published electronically, and accepted papers will also be published in peer-reviewed journals indexed in global databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. The conference aims to highlight the latest legal developments and explore the future of legislation in light of digitalization and globalization, as well as to provide a scientific platform that brings together experts and legal practitioners from around the world to enhance legal dialogue and exchange expertise. The conference will be held on 8–9 October 2025 at Gulf Colleges in Hafr Al Batin and online, with participation from a distinguished group of researchers and legal experts. It also seeks to strengthen academic and research cooperation between international legal institutions and to develop innovative legislative solutions that align with current legal challenges and the future vision of justice, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
