In support of developing and qualifying national talents and strengthening local and global partnerships, the Information Technology, E-Learning, and Distance Education Administration obtained 2,500 educational licenses for professional training courses in collaboration with the National eLearning Center and Simplilearn.

The initiative targets employees, faculty members, students, and graduates.
