 The Tuition


Admission Fees:

The applicant for admission to the college in both the bachelor's and master's stages is required to pay a registration fee of (1000) Saudi Riyals to complete the acceptance procedures. This fee is paid once and is non-refundable.


Tuition Fees:

The student is required to pay the applicable tuition fees for their major in the bachelor's program according to the following schedule:

Bachelor of Information Technology 2200
Bachelor of English Language 1800

The Student is required to pay the applicable tuition fees for their major in the master's program according to the following schedule:

Program Tuition fees per credit hour in Saudi Riyals.
Law 3500
Supplementary Program 2200

These fees are payable at the beginning of the semester to enable the student to register for course credits according to their academic plan. It is a requirement for opening a class section that the number of students is not less than (10) students. Value Added Tax (VAT) fees are added for non-Saudi students in all college programs. VAT fees are also added for all students in graduate programs.

 The Financial Regulations


  • If a student withdraws from studies before the start of the semester, they are entitled to a full refund of tuition fees except for the registration fees.
  • In the case of withdrawal or deferral after the start of the semester, the refund is as follows:
Period College deducts a percentage Fees transferred to the following semester as a percentage
During the first week 50% of the fees 50%
During the second week 75% of the fees 25%
From the third week until the end of the semester 100% of the fees -

  • All the periods mentioned above are determined based on the academic calendar issued by the college and derived from the general calendar of the Ministry of Education.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy:

If some students have remaining amounts in their accounts exceeding the due tuition fees, the excess amount will be carried forward to the following semester for the student, except for the final semester.


General Terms for Tuition Fees and Scholarships:

  • In the case of accepting two or more siblings at the college, the tuition fees for each of them are reduced by 5%, making a total reduction of 10% for both on the college fees.
  • The student is not entitled to combine two discounts, and it is not considered an additional benefit to any financial offer or instalment system.
  • The sponsoring entity has the right to cancel a student's scholarship upon the college's recommendation in the following cases:
    • Decline in the student's academic performance.
    • Negative changes in the student's conduct and behaviour.
    • Withdrawal from the college.
  • Gulf College reserves the right to withhold part or all of the services provided to students who have not paid their full tuition fees or have not adhered to the financial payment plan for each semester.
  • All mentioned discounts are subject to general terms and conditions according to the college's regulations and rules.

  • The announced dates in the academic calendar or any official amendments from the Admission and Registration Unit are used to calculate the mentioned tuition fees.
  • 500 Riyals for issuing a replacement or damaged graduation document for the first time.
  • 1000 Riyals for issuing a replacement or damaged graduation document more than once.
  • 1000 Riyals for Late registration fees for courses.
