The Student Services Unit
About the Unit:
The Student Services Unit is one of the units under the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs, which takes - with utmost seriousness - the establishment of genuine trust and confidence bridges with the college students. It aims to meet their requirements and needs in various areas by providing diverse services, including health, nutrition, and administrative services, among others, in the best possible manner. The unit strives to ensure students' comfort and care, addressing any difficulties or issues they may encounter during the provision of these services. From the very beginning, the unit has been keen on valuing the thoughts and suggestions of the students to enhance and develop the unit, which was fundamentally created for their benefit. Therefore, it has adopted a cooperative work approach in managing and conducting its operations, distributing tasks and responsibilities, and working with a spirit of teamwork under an integrated administrative system with its own goals and aspirations.

Unit's Objectives
The objectives of The Student Services Unit:
- Implementing all assigned tasks from the Student Affairs Agency.
- Informing students about their university rights and responsibilities.
- Printing student affairs forms.
- Handling lost and found items.
- Opening the door for volunteering.
- Receiving complaints and suggestions.
- Monitoring violations and forwarding them to the disciplinary committee.
- Disseminating awareness of general university regulations that encourage students to engage in behaviors aligned with the college's distinguished standards.
- Supporting values of justice, integrity, belonging, and citizenship among college students.
- Submitting a monthly report on the unit's activities to the Student Affairs Agency.
