The Legal Affairs Unit  


About the Unit:

The Legal Affairs is one of the most important units in the administration, playing a crucial role in shaping decisions issued by administrative leadership in the administration or relevant departments. It periodically reviews policies in the college. Legal Affairs also has another role, shedding light on any deficiencies or drawbacks in the educational process and administrative functions, collaborating with other departments and sections. Moreover, the Legal Affairs department plays a prominent role in defending the rights and capabilities of the administration in administrative and Sharia courts and judicial committees.

  Unit's Vision



The Legal Affairs Unit works to preserve the material and moral rights of the college in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, it ensures legal protection for all decisions and procedures issued by the college in compliance with the system to achieve the highest levels of quality.

 Unit's Mission



Establishing the sovereignty of the system in the university work environment by activating both general and specific regulations and providing legal advice with the highest level of professionalism to safeguard the rights of the college and its staff, whether within or outside the college.

 Unit's Objectives



The objectives of The Legal Affairs Unit:

  • Providing legal consulting services for all administrative units in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and advocating and representing the administration and its capabilities before all Sharia and administrative courts.
