Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Mansour bin Mohammed bin Saad Al Saud, the Governor of Hafar Al-Batin, Gulf Colleges signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones Union.

The agreement aims to support the transition towards a knowledge society by designing and delivering high-quality programs to nurture and develop national talents in the fields of cybersecurity, programming, and, based on the leading role played by the Saudi Cybersecurity, providing activities to build and develop national competencies in various technical fields across different categories and levels. The agreement also aims to promote a culture of knowledge exchange and experience sharing with Gulf Colleges.

The agreement seeks to enhance cooperation between the parties to deliver technical programs and activities in various areas, including cybersecurity, programming, drones, and artificial intelligence. The areas of collaboration under this agreement include the implementation of joint training programs between the parties and contributing to refining the skills of professionals in the technical field, as well as promoting continuity in the execution of technical programs by preparing and qualifying human resources from the region.

In addition to the presence of His Highness the Governor, the signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by His Excellency the Dean of the Colleges, Dr. Mohammed bin Dhafir Al-Dosari, and His Excellency the Vice Dean of the Colleges, Mr. Sultan bin Saad Al Harbi. On the Unions side, the ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Vice President for the Cybersecurity Sector, Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, and His Excellency the Vice President for the Business Sector, Mr. Khalid Al-Salil.
