The Commission emphasized that obtaining academic accreditation from its "Accreditation" Center requires educational institutions or academic programs to prepare precise and comprehensive self-assessment reports for all aspects of scientific, administrative, and service activities. This is done to determine their quality levels based on the accreditation standards set by the Center. The Commission also emphasized that educational institutions or academic programs undergo external evaluation by an independent assessment team to verify the accuracy of the self-assessment study results and to assess the levels of performance quality in accordance with the Centers standards.
